General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using winbaje in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of winbaje and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

winbaje is operated as an international online gaming platform. Access to the platform is offered primarily to players based in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that accessing and using winbaje is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. winbaje makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific jurisdiction, and we expressly disclaim liability for any player who accesses the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services on winbaje, including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals only.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on winbaje, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a winbaje employee or affiliate.
• You have not previously had an account on winbaje closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on winbaje at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winbaje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

winbaje is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. Identity verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Address verification may additionally be required via a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

Age Restriction & Verification

winbaje operates a strict minimum age policy. All players must be 18 years of age or older. 18+ This policy is non-negotiable and applies equally to all players regardless of their location, nationality, or the specific service being accessed.

Age verification is conducted at multiple points in the player lifecycle. At registration, players are required to confirm their date of birth. Formal documentary age verification is completed as part of the KYC process, which is triggered at first withdrawal and may additionally be triggered at any time by winbaje's compliance team if there is reasonable cause to verify a player's age.

If winbaje discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately:

1. The player's account will be suspended pending investigation.
2. All pending deposits will be blocked and reversed where technically possible.
3. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated while the account was active will be voided and forfeited.
4. The deposited funds (original deposit principal only, not winnings) may be returned at winbaje's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. The incident will be logged and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on winbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). winbaje supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players, ensuring fast, secure, and fee-free transactions.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on winbaje for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

winbaje reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of supported methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of successful processing.
• winbaje does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only funds originating from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits may be subject to additional security screening at winbaje's discretion.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits or verified as belonging to the account holder.
• All withdrawals are processed in ৳ BDT only.
• Standard processing time for approved withdrawals is within 24 hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically settle within minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals can only be processed after successful KYC verification has been completed.
• winbaje reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

winbaje operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We monitor all financial activity on the platform for signs of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and the relevant authorities will be notified where required. Players are prohibited from using winbaje as a vehicle for the processing or concealment of funds derived from unlawful activity. Suspected AML violations will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

winbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general terms.

• All bonuses are awarded at winbaje's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a dedicated bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• winbaje reserves the right to reverse a bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited or abused the bonus system.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The following rules apply to wagering:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus offer (typically: slots 100%, live casino 10-20%, table games 5-10%).
• Bets placed from real-money balance count towards wagering requirements only if a bonus is active.
• Any real-money balance is wagered and depleted before bonus funds are used, unless the cashier specifies otherwise.
• Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active are ৳500 per spin or round unless otherwise stated. Bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the bonus offer. Failure to meet requirements within the deadline results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

winbaje employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across different accounts, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors, and collusion between players to meet wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on winbaje, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and fair manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on all players and apply throughout the duration of your account's existence.

• You will provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete registration information at all times.
• You will keep your account credentials strictly confidential and will not share your username or password with any third party.
• You will only play with funds that you own outright and that are free from any legal encumbrance.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• You will use winbaje for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will notify winbaje immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winbaje and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or processing of illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographical restrictions or security controls.
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner described in Section 5.3.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbaje staff or other players in any communication channel.

You are solely responsible for the security of your winbaje account. winbaje will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from winbaje asking for your password, this is a phishing attempt and should be reported to support@winbaje (plain text — not a link) immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

Game Rules & Fair Play

winbaje offers a library of over 3,800 games from certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on the platform.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified RNG technology supplied by the game providers. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure fairness and statistical integrity. Players may access Return to Player (RTP) percentage information for each game from the in-game information panel.

Sports betting on winbaje covers cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. winbaje reserves the right to void bets in the event of match abandonment, incorrect odds being published due to technical error, or events that would render settlement impossible. Void bets are returned to the player's balance in full.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnection, or software failure — winbaje will use all available data to determine the fairest resolution. Where game state cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and returned to the player. winbaje's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the voided bet amount will be offered in the event of a technical malfunction.

Account Suspension & Closure

Both players and winbaje have the right to close an account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.

You may close your winbaje account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from winbaje for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no marketing communications will be sent. winbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, winbaje reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real-money funds where the closure is the result of fraudulent activity or deliberate Terms violation. In cases where closure is not related to fraudulent conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after a mandatory review period of up to 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbaje, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

winbaje endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers. winbaje shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, regardless of the cause.

Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. By using winbaje, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. winbaje is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all bets placed and all financial outcomes resulting from your use of winbaje.

Games and sports betting markets on winbaje are supplied by third-party providers. winbaje acts as a distributor of these services and is not the original developer of the game content. While we only partner with certified and reputable providers, winbaje cannot accept responsibility for errors, bugs, or technical failures originating within third-party game software. In such cases, the applicable resolution procedure is outlined in Section 7.4.

Where winbaje is found to be liable for damages in circumstances not excluded by these Terms, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winbaje account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Governing Law

winbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — winbaje will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. For minor or administrative updates, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of winbaje after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or game-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and winbaje with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winbaje holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
